Print Project Pick List
Explanation
Use this activity to print project pick lists. You can preview before printing.
The pick list is used as a basis for picking reserved material from inventory. The
pick list does not imply a physical reservation of parts.
There are five ways to generate a project pick list:
- From the Order Report
window.
- By selecting and right-clicking on the project node within
Project Navigator
window.
- By selecting and right-clicking on a project in the
Projects window.
- By selecting and right-clicking on a project in the
Project window.
- By selecting and right-clicking on a project in the
Delivery Projects
window.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, the reserved quantities for the project demands
should be greater than zero.
System Effects
- All reserved material on the project (and delivery project) which
has not been printed yet will be printed on the pick list and are available
for picking.
- Once the material has been picked, they can then be issued to the project.
- The printed pick list’s information cannot be printed on any other
