Enter Activity Estimates

Explanation

Use this activity to enter estimated costs, revenues or hours for the activity. Values are entered for project cost/revenue elements.

Prerequisites

• Project cost/revenue elements must be predefined in the Project Cost/Revenue Elements window.

System Effects

• User-defined cost/revenue elements can be used for estimates on the activity.

Procedure

1. Select the required project activity.
2. Create a new record on Estimate tab.
3. Select the appropriate project cost/revenue element from the List of Values, for which estimates are to be entered.
4. Enter the estimated cost, revenue or hours.
5. Save your changes.
