Use this tab to view journal entries for the selected route PM action. Journal entries are created automatically when the following changes are performed on the route PM action:
The status of the route PM action is changed.
The revision control status of the route PM action is changed. (i.e., enabling or disabling of revision control status)
The new revision of the route PM action is created.
You can enter additional information relevant to a journal entry in the Note field.
