Usage

To understand how this tab functions, you need to know the following concepts:

• Access Attribute - the ability to access or modify a field in the application, configured in the Access Attributes window.
• Access Role - a group of access attributes, combined together for easy management, configured in the Access Role window.
• Position Access - access roles assigned to the position, configured in the Position - Access Setup window. They are automatically granted to the position holder.

Use this tab to grant supervision over the selected organization unit (and possibly its subordinate units). The supervision rights can be assigned through an access role or position access. No assignment to an organization unit is possible or necessary. Supervision can be granted to any employee or person that the user has access to, regardless of their assignment.
