This form lets you specify how the employee name will be default configured and displayed for internal and external use. The configuration controls how and which of the eight available 'name' fields that will be automatically inserted into the display name fields in the Employee/Personal/Basics window.
The window includes a test window where you can test how the configuration will work. You reach the the test by pressing the Test button.
