Prepare for RCM Analysis

Explanation

This activity is used to define the data sets to be sent to the IFS RCM Toolkit in capturing and documenting the required RCM Analysis.

System Effects

Process Class structure, Item Class and Standard Job data will be sent and received by the IFS RCM Toolkit for capture of the RCM Analysis.

Procedure

if you want to integrate full data set for a given process class structure

1. Open the Prepare for RCM Analysis dialog window
2. Enter the required value in the Process Class field. This will be the lowest Process Class within you hierarchy structure grouping the Item Class(es) under review.
3. Select All within Process Class check box.
4. Enter the required value in the CM Standard field.
5. Click Ok.
6. Click Ok for the appearing background job information message.

if you want to integrate only a single Item Class within the process class

1. Open the Prepare for RCM Analysis dialog window.
2. Enter the required value in the Process Class and the Item Class fields.
3. Enter the required value in the CM Standard field.
4. Click Ok.
5. Click Ok for the appearing background job information message.

if you want to integrate Only a single Standard Job for a given Item Class

1. Open the Prepare for RCM Analysis dialog window.
2. Enter the required value in the Item Class and the Standard Job fields.
3. Enter the required value in the CM Standard field.
4. Click Ok.
5. Click Ok for the appearing background job information message.
