This activity is used to enter an optional description of the work.

Procedure

1. Open one of the PM action windows (Separate PM Action or Route PM Action).
2. Create a new record (F5) or query for an existing one (F3).
3. Click the Prepare tab. In the Work Description field, enter an optional description of the work to be done. Double-click to open a text editor to enter longer descriptions.
4. Save the information (F12).
