Enter Maintenance Organizations for Condition Generation

Explanation

This activity is used to enter the maintenance organization that will control the PM actions for which you want to generate work orders.

Prerequisites

• Parameters for criteria generation defined for PM actions.
• PM actions with the selected maintenance organization must have measured values on the defined parameters.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the PM actions with condition-based generation, and which fulfill the condition, will automatically generate work orders for the specified maintenance organization site. The generation is done as a back ground job. All the generated work orders will be available for further preparations along with other regular work orders. For route PM actions the generated work order is set to the WorkRequest status. For separate PM actions, the status of the generated work orders may differ depending on the value of the WO_GEN_INIT_STATE object property. Procedure

1. In the Maint. Org. field, click List to select the maintenance organization for which you want to generate work orders.
2. Optionally, enter a value in the WO Site field.
3. Click OK.
