Connect Tools and Facilities to Separate Standard Job

Explanation

Use this activity to connect tools and facilities to a separate standard job. The tools and facilities connected will be copied to the PM Action once the PM Action is generated.

Procedure

  1. Open the Separate Standard Job window, create a new record (F5) or query for an existing one (F3).
  2. Click the Tools and Facilities tab and and create anew record (F5).
  3. In the Tool/Facility Type field, use the List of Values to enter a tool or facility type. It is also possible to only enter a tool or facility ID. In this case use the List of Values in the Tool/Facility ID field to enter a tool or facility ID.
  4. In the Quantity field, specify if known the quantity of the tool or facility that will be used for the standard job. 
  5. In the Planned Hours field, specify if known the number of planned hours. 
  6. Save the information (F12).
