Access Attributes
Procedure
- Open the Access Attributes window.
- Search or populate to display relevant data.
- Inspect information. Some examples of possible uses:
- Overview of what system areas (logical units) are currently
protected and by which attributes (via the Active check box).
- Overview of what operations are enabled for specific access
attributes (via Registration, Modification, Removal check boxes).
- Quick activation or deactivation of an attribute for the selected
system area (it's logical units). All access roles that have this
attribute will lose access to this area.
Note: If you clear all Active check boxes for a specific
system area (logical unit ID), this area will no longer be protected. If
at least one attribute is active, only owners of this attribute will be
able to register data.
- If you changed any of the Active check boxes, save your changes.
