Use this tab to enter address information about the return of material.
The return-from address section provides information relating to the returning customer while return-to address is used to enter the receiving address of the shipment, to an address other than the default value for that shipment. If the return Material Authorization (RMA) is restricted to a particular customer order or a shipment, the default value for the return-from address will be the address retrieved from there.
It is possible to specify if the address is a temporary one or not by selecting the Single Occurrence check box.
