Void Flight Servicing Activities

Explanation

This activity is used to void a flight servicing activity in cases where data has been entered incorrectly. When a flight servicing activity is voided, it is no longer considered as valid information.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, the flight servicing activity must have been defined on the flight log.

System Effects

• The Voided check box is selected automatically on the record in the Flight Log/Flight Servicing tab.
• If information is entered at the time of voiding, this is displayed automatically in the Voiding Information field in the Flight Log/Flight Servicing tab.
• The flight servicing activity is no longer valid.

Procedure

1. Open the Flight Log window and click the Flight Servicing tab.
2. Select the flight servicing activity that you will void. Right-click and then click Void Flight Servicing Activity. The Void Flight Servicing Activity dialog box opens.
3. In the Voiding Information field, enter a brief description of the reason for voiding the flight servicing activity. Entering a value in this field is optional.
4. Click OK.
