Define Deviation and Delay Reasons

Explanation

This activity is used to enter valid deviation and delay reasons. If, for instance, a vehicle arrives at a different location than planned or is delayed and arrives later than planned, you can use the reasons predefined in this activity to report the deviation or delay occurrence in the vehicle's flight log.

As a result of this activity, valid deviation and delay reasons are defined and can be registered on the flight log.

Procedure

1. Open the Flight Log Basic Data window and then click the Deviation and Delay Reasons tab.
2. Create a new record (F5).
3. In the Reason Code field, enter a valid deviation or delay reason.
4. In the Reason Description field, enter a description of the reason.
5. Save the information (F12).
