Analyze Unit Cost per Lot Size and Alternate

Explanation

This activity is used to analyze the unit cost per lot size and alternate, for different cost sets.

Prerequisites

The part routing alternate must be defined.

Procedure

1. On the Routing window, click the Unit Cost per Alternate tab and query for the required part.
2. In the Cost Set field under the Unit Cost per Alternate tab, enter the cost set that shall be used in the calculation and click Refresh.
3. By entering values in the Min Lot Size field and Max Lot size field, the scale for the x-axis which represents the lot size will be affected.
