Disconnect Shop Order From Activity

Explanation

This activity is used to disconnect a shop order from an activity for which it is connected.

A project activity connection exists for the shop order - the shop order must be manually connected to the activity.
The shop order must be in status Planned.

The project/activity connection on the shop order will be removed, project pre-posting will be removed.
It is possible that there exist postings that are not really project activity connected. Pre-posting for project code part and the activity sequence are removed, all other code parts will still remain.
The shop order disappears from the Project Navigator/Connections window.
The demand code for the shop order will be set back to Inventory Order.
The planned committed cost and planned committed hours attributed to the shop order will be deducted from the activity's planned committed values.

Select the desired shop order that you wish to disconnect from Project Activity.
Right-click, point to Project Connection and then click Disconnect from Activity.
