Create Report for Reserved Serial Structure

Explanation

Use this activity to print a report of reserved serial number structures for a shop order part. This report shows in which parts the serial components should be included.

Prerequisites

This activity requires the existence of a shop order part with a reserved serial number structure.

System Effects

As a result of this activity:

• The system prints a report of the reserved serial number structures for a shop order part.
• The Reserved Serial Structure Report check box in the History tab of the Shop Order window will be automatically selected if the reserved serial structure information is directly printed via the Print Report dialog box, without previewing.
  Note: The Reserved Serial Structure Report check box will not be automatically selected if the report is printed via the Order Report window.

Procedure

1. In the Order No field, select the shop order for which you want to print the reserved serial number structures. Use List to select from available orders.
2. Click OK.
3. In the Print Report dialog box, select the required page layout, language, etc.
4. After you have made necessary changes, click OK to print the report, click Cancel to abort the print job, or click Preview to preview the report.
5. If you selected Preview, the report is displayed for review. After reviewing it, click Print to print the report.
