Create Non-conformance Codes for MRB

Explanation

This activity is used to create new non-conformance codes and definitions for Material Review Board (MRB) cases. A non-conformance code identifies a part as non-conforming, hence it needs to be reviewed by the MRB. It is a must that a non-conformance code exists when creating a MRB case. This task is required and should be performed by a systems administrator or a person with equivalent authority.
