Pick Transport Task Line

Explanation

This activity is used to pick a transport task line that has not been completed. A transport task line in the Picked status indicates that a user has started the work to move the part.

Prerequisites

• A transport task must have been created for the relevant goods.
• The goods should have been physically picked.

System Effects

The status on the transport task line is updated to Picked. Note that the goods on the transport task line have not been moved and to complete the move, the transport task line has to be executed.

Procedure

1. Open the Transport Task window or the Transport Task Lines window.
2. Populate or query for the required transport task ID.
3. Select the lines that should be picked.
4. Right-click and then click Pick.
