Report Requisition Issue

Explanation

In the Material Requisition window, you can use the right-mouse button menu and click Issue function to issue reserved material for all selected lines. 

Note: Stock on pallet cannot be reserved and issued on material requisition lines.

Prerequisites

• A requisition header and at least one requisition line must have been entered and saved.
• The requisition line(s) that will be processed must have been reserved and selected.

System Effects

Parts on processed requisition lines are issued from stock and the requisition line status is updated from Reserved to Closed.

Procedure

1. Populate or query for the appropriate material requisition.
2. Select the requisition line(s) that you want to issue.
3. Right-click and then click Issue.
4. If the part is serial tracked at receipt and issue but not serial tracked in inventory, a dialog box appears where the serial number(s) to be issued should be identified. Click OK when completed.
