Remove Structure Journal

Explanation

Use this activity to remove the structure journal(s).You can specify the structure journal record(s) to remove by entering a specific site and a date limit. All structure journals from the specified site and on or before the specified date are removed.

Prerequisites

At least one structure journal must have been created.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, some or all structure journals are removed.

Procedure

1. In the Site field, select the site for which you want to transfer transactions. Click List of Values (F8) to select from available sites. To remove the journal(s) for all sites to which you have access, leave this field blank.
2. In the To Journal Date field, enter the last date for which you want to remove a journal. This means that the journal whose date is earlier than or equal to the specified date is removed.
3. Click OK.
