Use this activity to display a chart that shows risk priority numbers (RPN) and their severities for the selected structure or routing alternate.

Prerequisites

This activity requires the existence of at least one structure or routing alternate. This alternate must be associated with at least one FMEA function, failure, cause, and effect.

As a result of this activity, the system displays a chart that shows design or process failure risk priority numbers and their severities for the selected structure or routing alternate.

Procedure

1. View the FMEA Analysis Graph. This chart appears on the right side of the window. A table containing the associated data appears to its left.
2. If desired, drag the right edge of the table to make the chart larger or smaller, hide it completely, or reveal it if it is already hidden. Alternatively, you can reveal the chart by right-clicking, then clicking View Graph.
