Use this dialog box to start the archiving of transaction rows from Internal Ledgers. All transaction rows in all Internal Ledgers up to and including the specified accounting year and period will be archived. Therefore, all accounting years up to and including the selected year must be closed. Information about previously archived vouchers can be viewed in Archived IL Vouchers, Archived IL Voucher Rows and Archived IL Voucher Details. It is possible to print a report of the archived transaction rows, by selecting the Print Archived Transaction Rows check box.
