Define Competency Element

Explanation

Use this function to define Element Data for all Competency Elements within the company.

System Effects

If the check box Public is selected, the specified Competency Group will be published in the IFS Webkit. If the box is cleared, it identifies that the specified Competency Group is not published in the web application.
