Organization Structure

IFS/Employees and Organizational Definitions is mainly a basic data module containing all the functions concerning the company, organization, employees and authorities. IFS/Employees and Organizational Definitions is most often used in combination with one or more modules in IFS Applications.

Before you can organize the company's organization structure, you must do the following:

  1. Register personal information about the employees, and register basic data about the organization codes, such as cost centers.
  2. Define the authority structure. This allows you to manage levels for subordinate and authority personnel.
  3. Register the links between the employee and the employee's position in the authority structure.

You can also switch between different companies registered in this process. You can view both past and future working times.
