Revert Incident Case Status

Explanation

This activity is used to revert the status of the incident case to the previous status. E.g. If an incident case is already with Rejected status, you can revert the status back to Confirmed status.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, the incident case is required to be already promoted to another status after being prepared.

Procedure

  1. Open the Incident window.
  2. Search or populate find the required incident case.
  3. Go to the header of window, right-click and click Undo Status Change.
