Register Safety Actions

Explanation

This activity is used to register the actions that are recommended according to the safety inspection.

Procedure

  1. Open the Safety Inspection window.
  2. Search or populate to find the required safety inspection.
  3. Select the safety inspection question for which you want to register actions.
  4. Go to the Questions and Actions tab.
  5. Create a new record in the Safety Actions table in order to enter the data manually or right-click and click Get Actions from Template. You can also use the list of values.
  6. Select a template of actions using the list and click OK.
  7. The template actions will be listed in the Safety Actions table. All the new actions will be with Planned status.
  8. Assign a person responsible for the action by entering a person ID in the relevant field. You can also use the value list.
  9. You can also specify the target to complete the action and the priority of the actions in the Target Completion and Action Priority fields.
  10. You can enter additional comments in the Remark field.
  11. You can also manually define actions by creating new records in the Safety Actions table.
  12. Save the information.
