Explanation

This activity is used to view detailed information on fire extinguishers registered for a company location. Viewing the detailed information facilitates the fire extinguisher management as all essential data is displayed and can be manipulated according to the search criteria.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, fire extinguishers are required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Fire Safety/Fire Extinguisher tab.
2. Populate in order to view all extinguishers registered for the company locations.
3. Sort or filter the data for fire extinguishers.
4. Check if information on location, position, serial and model number, type and size and organization is correct in the relevant fields.
5. Check if validity and safety inspection dates are up-to-date in the relevant fields.
6. Select a fire extinguisher and view all information on connected safety inspection in the safety inspection table. In case the data is not correct, go to the Safety Inspection window in order to plan the inspection for the fire extinguisher.
