Procedure

  1. Open the Safety Committee/Inspection tab and create a new record.
  2. Specify the date of inspection in the Date field.
  3. Describe the location in which the inspection is conducted in the Location field.
  4. Describe any potential findings from the inspection in the relevant field.
  5. You can also specify any preventive suggestions or other findings in the relevant fields.
  6. Describe the status of the inspection in the Status field.
  7. You can enter any additional information in the Remark field.
  8. Save the information.
