Procedure

1. Open the Risk Assessment window.
2. Search or populate to find the required risk assessment.
3. In the Hazard navigator, select a hazard ID. The Risk Control Measures tab will be enabled.
4. Go to the Risk Control Measures tab and create a new record.
5. Specify the control measure and the description of the control measure and time frames in the respective fields.
6. Save the information.
