Check Voucher Type

Explanation

Use this activity to check the voucher type for consolidation vouchers. The Store Original field must be "Yes" for the voucher type that belongs to voucher group C.

Prerequisites

Before checking the voucher type, the following must have been completed:

• The company must exist in IFS Financials.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the voucher type can be used when consolidation information is created in the parent company.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to check the voucher type: 

1. Open Voucher Types and find the voucher types.
2. Check that the Store Original field is "Yes" for the the voucher type C.
3. If you need to change the field value, save when finished.
