Insert Code Part Values

Explanation

Use this activity to select code part values to be inserted to the accounting structure.

Prerequisites

Code part values must be entered in the Code Part Values window in IFS/Accounting Rules.

Procedure

1. Open the Accounting Structure window.
2. Populate or query for a specific accounting structure.
3. Select a node, right-click and then click Multi Insert to open the Insert Values window.
4. Select the Select All Code Part Values check box to insert all the listed code part values in the accounting structure or select the Selected Code Part Values check box for the individual code part values to be inserted to the accounting structure.
5. Click OK.
