Enter Voucher Text

Explanation

Use this activity to enter information on a voucher text.

Prerequisites

Before a voucher text can be entered, the following must have been completed:

• The company must exist in IFS Financials.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the voucher text can be used in Voucher Entry and in Internal Voucher Entry. The voucher text can be added to a voucher when the cursor is placed in the Text ID field. Use List of Values to select the appropriate text.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter a voucher text:

1. Open Voucher Texts
2. Use the New function and enter the information for the voucher text.
3. Save when finished.
