Enter Authority Class

Explanation

Use this activity to enter an authority class. An authority class with the identity MAX is default when a new company is created.

Prerequisites

Before a new authority class can be entered, the following must have been completed:

• The company must exist in IFS Financials.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the users can be connected to the authority class. Also, authority combinations can be entered for the authority class.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter an authority class:

1. Open Authority Classes.
2. Use the New function and then enter the identity and the description for the authority class.
3. Save when completed.
