Enter Search Criteria for Analysis
Explanation
Use this activity to enter search criteria for analysis of costs and
revenues regarding the work order.
Prerequisites
Before you enter search criteria for analysis, the
following must have been completed:
- The work order must exist in IFS/Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

As a result of this activity, the work order information is displayed in the window.

Procedure
- Select the Query function.
- Define your query and sorting criteria’s
in the Query tab.
- In the Group and Sum tab define what items
you want to get displayed, and also the calculation criteria for each selected item.
- Evaluate the results.
