Use this window to set the Acquisition Date and to change the status of an object from Investment to Active after the object has been updated with accounting transactions from IFS/General Ledger. Only objects in status Active can be included in the depreciation proposal(s). No voucher is created when the object is activated as the transactions are already in the respective ledger(s).
The total of the accounting transactions from IFS/General Ledger is shown as Acquisition Value and cannot be modified. This general acquisition value is applied to all books of the object. Acquisition value adjustments per book can be entered as soon as the object is activated.
