Report Templates
Usage
Use this window to view existing report templates. A report template is a combination of a column template and a row template. You can create, delete or modify column templates in this window when the Authorization status is set to Public. If the Authorization status is set to Private, you can only delete and modify if you are the owner of the template or the system owner. It is possible to select a report template for further operations, e.g., to export the report template. A report template can be copied from the current company or from another company in IFS Financials. You can also create a file for export of a report template to a company in another database. If the Create System Template box in the Export Report Template dialog box is checked, a system template will be created for all companies in the current database. In this window it is also possible to import a report template that has been created in another database.
