Change Column Order

Explanation

This activity is used to change the column order in a column template. A column template contains one or several user-defined columns.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a column template with at least two columns must exist.

As a result of this activity, there is another column order in the column template.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to change the column order in a column template:

1. Open the Column Template window and find the column template for which you want to change column order.
2. Right-click in the window and then click Column Order  to open the Column Print Order dialog box.
3. Select the column you want to move and click on either Up or Down to move it to the required position.
4. Click OK to save the changes and close the dialog box.
