Acknowledge Revenue Recognition

Explanation

This activity is used to acknowledge the revenue recognition result before creating revenue recognition vouchers.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition procedures of Calculated or Modified status must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected revenue recognition will be acknowledged and it will be possible to create vouchers for it.

Procedure

To acknowledge revenue recognition:

1. Open the Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition window.
2. Select the procedure that you want to acknowledge, right-click and then click Acknowledge.

or

1. Open the Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition window.
2. Select the procedure that you want to acknowledge, right-click and then click View/Adjust Revenue Recognition to open the Revenue Recognition Project window.
3. Right-click in the header of the Revenue Recognition Project window and then click Acknowledge.
