View Isolation Orders and Permits

Explanation

Use this activity to graphically view isolation orders and permits.

Prerequisites

• Isolation orders and permits must exist within the system.
• To view relationship arrows isolation orders must be connected to permits.
• To view work orders (and associated relationship arrows), permits should be connected to the work order.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, isolation orders, permits and work orders they are connected to will be displayed.

Isolation and Permit Planning

Procedure

1. Open the Isolation and Permit Planning window and query for the records you wish to view (F3).
2. Once the records are displayed click the Show More Gantt check box. The Frame Settings area will not be displayed.
3. Select the calendar unit in which you want to view the details, i.e. Hour, Day or Week in the Calendar field.
4. Enter the time period for which you want to view the information, in the Start Date and End Date fields.
5. Optionally right-click and click Show Connections to view the relationship arrows between the nodes.
