Select Assistant Type of Matching

Explanation

Use this function to define what type of matching you like to do. 

Define what you like to find. Choose between Employee, Applicant and Job.
Define what you like to compare with. Choose between Job, Profile, Employee and Applicant.

Prerequisites

    There are no prerequisites.

System Effects

As a consequence, the system will show a result based on what you wanted to find.

Specify Item Identity to Compare
Select Criteria and proceed
Save the matching result

Procedure

1. Select from the list box the item. From the list box, select the item to find and the comparison item.
2. Click in the Identity field to enable the List button.
3. Press the List button to select the employee to match.
4. Select OK.
5. Specify the path and directory for the results.
6. Press the Next button to proceed to the next wizard window.
7. Select Finish.
