Use this function to register the employment reduction types. The reduction type is mandatory information when registering a reduction period for an employee. Examples of reduction types are 'Parental Leave', 'Military Service', 'Sabbatical'.
Connected to an absence wage code (in IFS/Schedules and Rules), a reduction period will automatically be generated when the user enters an absence period in the Employee Deviation Cycles window (in IFS/Schedules and Rules).
