Complete the Action
Explanation
This activity is used to update and finalize information about an action
after it was completed.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
- Actions have to be registered for the disciplinary or grievance issue.
- Action outcomes have to be registered in the system (Optional).
System Effects
As a result of this activity, an action will change its state from Planned
to Completed. Afterwards it will be impossible to modify the action.

Procedure
- Open the Disciplinary and Grievance Management window.
- Search or populate to find a relevant disciplinary or grievance issue.
- Right-click the action which has been completed and click Complete.
- In the Actual Completion field, you can enter the date on which
the action was actually completed.
- In the Comments field, you can update comments about the action.
- If the employee for whom the issue was registered was present during the
action, select the Employee Present check box.
- In the Action Outcome field, you can enter the outcome of the
action. You can use the list of values.
- Save your changes.
Note: If necessary, you can reopen the action by right-clicking it and
clicking Reset.
