Analyze Employee Information

Explanation

Use this function to query and analyze employee information. The information can be retrieved as it was at a specific date. Depending on your access rights you are also able to include salary information.

The analysis window include 10 property fields. They are titled Property1, Property2 etc. For each and one of them you can decide which property code or free field that should be selected. This selection is optional and it is done in the Employee Analysis Setup function, available from the Navigator, as well as, from the Employee Analysis window right mouse button menu.

If you have access to the employees salary information, you are also allowed to chose an "analysis rate salary period". This is necessary if you need to analyze salary information for employees with different salary periods. E.g., to have relevant data for summary and comparison you need to manage all salaries in the same reference rate. You chose the preferred rate in the Employee Analysis Setup function. 

If you don't have access to salary information, all salary related fields are hidden.

Use the Query dialog and the Group and Sum functionality to specify the query and the fields that should be grouped, displayed etc.
