Enter Forecast History Percentage

Explanation

This activity is used to enter the weighting of the historical operational parameter values for the forecast calculation. The weighting is entered in a percentage of which part of each year should count when performing the calculation. This weighting is entered for three years and for two years of operational logging history.

You need to give a high percentage to the years that best compare to how you will utilize your fleet in the future and a low percentage to the years that do not match. Note: The default values are created during installation.

Procedure

1. Open the Forecasting Basic Data window and click the Forecast Hist Percent tab.
2. Populate (F2) the values. The current weighting of historical operational logging values are displayed.
3. Enter the appropriate values you require on this tab.
4. Save the record (F12).
