Disposition Line Completion

Use this activity to specify the state of completion of the information on the disposition line. You can identify that the information relating to modifications, discrepancies, or repair codes is either complete or incomplete for the part being dispositioned.

Prerequisites

This activity requires the existence of a disposition line on a disposition shop order.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, if all of the information is complete, the disposition line can be approved. Otherwise, the line cannot be approved.

Procedure

1. Select one or more lines in the the table section of the top part of the Disposition Shop Order - Complex Assembly Repair window.
2. Choose one of the following right mouse button options: Discrepancies Complete, Modifications Complete, Repairs Complete, Re-open Discrepancies, Re-open Modifications, or Re-open Repairs. A dialog box asks whether or not you want to complete or re-open the line or lines.
3. Select Yes. The status of the specific information for the line or lines changes to completed or not.
