Use the menu option Add to Spare List to add selected parts to a spare part list.
Additionally, there are two other ways of doing this. You can use the menu option Copy Std Spare List to copy the spare part list from the standard part in IFS/PDM Configuration. In Project Item/Spare Parts, you can add, modify, or view the spare part information.

The selected parts are entered in the spare part list for the parent part with the quantity set to 1. The spare part list can later be transferred to Maintenance, together with the project delivery structure.
Project Item Navigator/Spare Parts
In the Project Item Navigator/Spare Parts, select the Copy Std Spare List menu option to copy the spare list from the standard part in IFS/PDM Configuration or you can use the Project Item Navigator/Spare Parts tab to manually enter the parts as spare parts as well.
