Edit/Remove Operations

Explanation

The operations during the manufacturing of a product, i.e., manufacturing routing operations and template operations as well the project specific operations that are attached to the project item, can be modified and removed according to your requirement. You can also get the most recent set of operations related to the item when you right-click and select the Update Operations menu option.

Prerequisites

• The delivery project should exist.
• The provide code of the project item should be Make.
• A record should exist in the Project Item Navigator/Project Operations tab.

System Effects

•  The operations record will be changed or deleted from the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Project Item Navigator window, query for the required project and select the appropriate item.
2. Click the Project Operations tab and modify the required operation line.
3. Save the change.
4. You can also delete the selected record from the system.
