Remove Access

Explanation

Use this function to not publish the selected record.

Prerequisites

• Part records should be published.
• Part record should not be published dynamically.
• The Demand Plan Server needs to be running.

System Effects

The part will not be published. In the Demand Forecast window, the user will not have the possibility to change or see the specific part. The record appears in the upper pane of the window.

Procedure

1. Populate the window and select the forecast server ID and the user.
2. On a part that should not be published open the Operations menu.
3. Select the option Remove Access.
