Collaborative Access

Explanation

Use this function to publish the selected record as collaborate.

Prerequisites

• Part records should not be published.
• The Demand Plan Server needs to be running.
• The part record must have the Released or Reviewed status.

System Effects

The part will be published with the access level collaborative. In the Demand Forecast window, the user will be able to change the My Adjusted series. The record appears in the lower published parts pane of the window.

Procedure

1. Populate the window and select the forecast server ID and the user.
2. On a part that should be published open the Operations menu.
3. Select the option Collaborative Access.
