User Access

Usage

Use this window to setup each users access rights on the different flows. There are 8 different areas that can be granted access these areas are :

• Read only.  Setting on the read only setting sets the to read only state (this is the only setting that can not be combined with any of the other settings.
• New Line, Not currently in use.
• Market Segment. Setting on the market segment right, will allow the user to change the forecast for market segment parts.
• Season Profile. Setting on the season profile right, will allow the user to change add/delete and change season profiles. 
• Target Sales Plan. Setting on the target sales plan right, will allow the user to add and change the numbers in the target sales plan line.
• Budget. Setting on the budget right, will allow the user to add and change the numbers in the budget line.
• Detail View. Setting on the detail view right, will allow the user to add and change the numbers and parameters in the detail view.
• Forecast. Setting on the forecast right, will allow the user to add and change the numbers in the adjusted forecast line.

A user can be given access to one ore more of these areas. The access rights are set for each user and flow. When all 7 access rights settings are turned off the flow will be invisible to the user. E.g. No access.
